These are the Terms and Conditions governing the access and use of educational services offered by 1ON1 Real Estate LLC, a Florida company, through the 1on1re.com website. By accessing or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Services
We offer educational content on real estate investment (fix and flip) in the United States through various formats: free Masterclasses, digital Workshops, a 1-year group coaching program ("Elite"), a personalized mentoring program ("CEO"), and in-person events.
3. IMPORTANT NOTICE: NO FINANCIAL ADVICE 1ON1 Real Estate LLC
is not a financial advisory firm, nor a real estate broker, nor a registered investment advisor. All information provided through our Services is strictly for educational and entertainment purposes. 4. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal and non-commercial use. Recording, sharing, reselling, reproducing, or distributing our content is strictly prohibited. Sharing your account access data will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

All payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD). By providing a payment method, you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge the specified amount. For subscription services or payment plans (e.g., Elite Program), you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. It is your responsibility to keep your payment method information updated.
7. Termination 1ON1 Real Estate LLC
reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services, without prior notice and without refund, if you violate any of these Terms, including, but not limited to, intellectual property infringement or non-payment.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1ON1 Real Estate LLC, its members, managers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any legal action or equity arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You hereby consent and irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of any litigation.
